Official Rules

I. All entries must comply with YouTube YouTube Community Guidelines and any entries which don’t comply will be disqualified.

II. YouTube is not a sponsor of our contest/giveaway. Users agree to release YouTube from any and all liability related to our contest/giveaway.

III. We do not collect, keep, or use any personal data from users per our privacy policy (see 9 & 5)

Furthermore

1. Team Oil Drop is solely responsible for the contest. YouTube is not a sponsor of this contest and viewers must release YouTube from any liability related to your contest.

2. Our contest complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, including U.S. sanctions.

3. Our contest does not infringe upon or encourage the infringement of any third party rights or the participation in any unlawful activity.

4. We do not ask the user to give all rights for, or transfer the ownership of, their entry to anyone.

5. Our contest is free to enter. Winners will never be asked for anything beyond an email and physical address to send prize(s) to.

6. All winners will be chosen at random by way of a random number generator.

7. We do not pay a third party or parties to manipulate metrics on the YouTube Service, including numbers of views, likes, dislikes, or subscribers such that those metrics fail to reflect genuine user engagement with the YouTube Service.

8. We do not associate or affiliate YouTube with our contest without YouTube’s prior written consent. This prohibits, among other things, expressly stating, or doing anything that suggests, that YouTube is involved with or has endorsed our contest in any way.

9. Privacy Notice: No personal data or emails will be collected. Only what social media platform names you choose to affiliate with the contest when entering (winners see number 5).

10. Winners must reside in the United States or Canada.

11. Winners must prove their identity before prizes will be shipped to them.

12. Entries that do not abide by YouTube's community guidelines will be disqualified. 

13. Winners have 96 hours from the close of the contest to contact team oil drop at teamoildrop@gmail.com otherwise they forfeit their prize(s).
